With the web-based POS solution Swiss21.POS you can sell independent of device and location. The connection of a SumUp Air Terminal or a barcode scanner (with the additional module Manufacturer Specifications) can be easily implemented. Do I need a fixed cash register to use the online checkout?
No, the online checkout is used via a PC, tablet or smartphone. This allows you to make sales from anywhere.
Can several employees use the online checkout?
In the free version of Swiss21, one cash register user is integrated. However, you can add further users with an additional module. The cost is CHF 25 per user and month.
Is it possible to pay by card at the online checkout?
By connecting the SumUp Air terminal, sales can also be paid by card with the online cash register. The transactions are then booked automatically. The connection of the terminal is available with an additional module and costs CHF 10 per month. (Excluding the costs for the terminal).
Can I use a receipt printer in conjunction with the online checkout?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to connect a receipt printer to the online cash register. However, you can print the receipts in A4 format on a normal printer.
Can I connect a barcode scanner to the online checkout?
Yes, this is possible. You can link your items to a barcode in the cash register via the additional module “Manufacturer details”. It is then possible to scan the goods. The additional module costs 3 francs per month.
